What if my BOQ doesn't name a Coxwell product specifically?

That's the point of the matcher. Most BOQs describe the panel — multiwall, thickness, light transmission, warranty — without naming a brand. We map those words to the closest Coxwell product, and our engineers flag anything that needs clarification before quoting.

Will Coxwell quote against the area in the BOQ directly?

Yes. The unit price comes back for the area called out in the document, with adjustments for site location, install accessories, and any quantity-driven discounts. If the BOQ has multiple line items, we'll quote each separately.

Is my document confidential?

Yes. Documents are processed on Coxwell's servers, used only to identify the right product, and never shared with third parties. We don't index, train, or resell your tender data.

What if there's no exact match in your range?

If a BOQ calls for a panel we don't make, our engineers reply with the closest available product, an honest comparison of differences (thickness, transmission, warranty), and either a re-spec note or — for large enough orders — a custom-extrusion option from our Alwar plant.

How is this different from Contact / Get a quote?
