Regional Sales Manager, Standing Seam

About the role

Coxwell's Standing Seam division is our flagship business — specification-grade polycarbonate panel systems used on warehouses, stadia, metro infrastructure, and high-end architectural façades. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to own a defined North India territory, build and deepen relationships with architects and project consultants, and convert specifications into closed projects. This is a senior individual contributor role. You will manage your own pipeline, lead client meetings without hand-holding, and be accountable for quarterly sqm targets. You will be supported by the best specification toolkit in the industry and a technical team that responds to architect queries within 48 hours.

What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from architect introduction to project close in your territory
• Build a portfolio of active architect and consultant relationships who specify Coxwell by name
• Identify project opportunities early (design stage) and get Coxwell into the specification before tendering
• Attend site visits, present technical solutions, and coordinate with our operations team on project delivery
• Report pipeline and activity weekly; manage your CRM diligently

What we are looking for

• 3–7 years of field sales experience in building materials, construction products, or architectural products
• Existing relationships with architects, PMCs, or contractors in North India strongly preferred
• Comfortable presenting technical product information to architects and engineers
• Self-managed, target-driven, and genuinely interested in construction and materials
• Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate; frequent travel across the territory required
