Every time an architect specifies Coxwell in a tender, our design team has played a role in making that happen. We are looking for a Junior Design & Specification Engineer to produce the technical documentation — drawings, specification clauses, BOQs, and product data sheets — that sales and specification teams rely on to win projects. You will work closely with the sales team and directly with architects on technical queries. Accuracy and turnaround speed matter here: our standard is a 48-hour response to any architect specification request.
What you will do
- Produce technical drawings for polycarbonate roofing and façade systems using AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Write specification clauses and BOQs for tender submissions, following Coxwell's master specification templates
- Respond to architect and consultant queries on product performance, load calculations, and installation details
- Maintain and update Coxwell's technical documentation library
- Support the sales team with product selection and system sizing for live enquiries
What we are looking for
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit or SketchUp is a plus
- Methodical and detail-oriented; able to produce accurate documentation under time pressure
- Interest in building materials and construction technology
- 0–3 years of experience; strong fresh graduates will be considered
