About the role

Coxwell is building its export business and we need someone who can build the outreach infrastructure from scratch. This is not a traditional sales or marketing role — it is a technical role for someone who understands how modern B2B outreach actually works: data enrichment pipelines, sequenced email campaigns, CRM hygiene, and the automation layer that ties it all together. You will own the tooling, the data, and the workflow that generates qualified export leads — primarily for polycarbonate building systems in markets like the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and East Africa. You will work closely with the export sales team to make sure the leads you generate are the right ones and that nothing falls through the cracks.

What you will do

  • Build and manage prospecting pipelines using Clay, Apollo, or equivalent tools to identify distributors, importers, architects, and project developers in target export markets
  • Write and deploy personalised outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn) tailored to specific buyer profiles and geographies
  • Enrich contact and company data to ensure outreach is targeted and relevant — not spray and pray
  • Build lightweight internal tools and automations (Python, JavaScript, or no-code) to streamline lead handling, follow-ups, and CRM updates
  • Track, analyse, and iterate on outreach performance — open rates, reply rates, meeting conversion; if something is not working, change it
  • Coordinate with the export sales team to hand off warm leads cleanly and gather feedback on lead quality
  • Maintain a clean, structured CRM — Salesforce or equivalent

What we are looking for

  • Experience with Clay, Apollo, Hunter, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar outreach and data enrichment tools — hands-on, not just theoretical
  • Coding ability in Python and/or JavaScript; comfortable building small automations, scrapers, or API integrations
  • Understanding of B2B outreach mechanics — deliverability, personalisation at scale, sequence design
  • Comfortable working with international contacts across different time zones and communication styles
  • Curiosity about export markets and building materials is a strong plus — you do not need to be a polycarbonate expert, but you need to care about finding the right buyers
  • 1–4 years of experience in a GTM engineering, growth engineering, or sales operations role
