Dealer Development Executive

About the role

Coxwell is building a national dealer network for solid polycarbonate sheets, powered by the Coxwell App — a platform that lets dealers place orders, track deliveries, and access branded marketing materials from their phone. We are looking for a Dealer Development Executive to activate new dealers in your region and grow volumes with existing ones. This is a field-heavy, relationship-driven role. You will be the face of Coxwell for the dealer channel in your territory — signing up new accounts, onboarding them onto the app, and ensuring their first orders go smoothly enough that they keep coming back.

What you will do

• Identify, visit, and sign up polycarbonate dealers and building material distributors in your territory
• Onboard new dealers onto the Coxwell App and train them on ordering and tracking
• Drive first orders and grow monthly kg volumes per dealer account
• Maintain regular contact with active dealers; resolve supply and delivery issues quickly
• Report dealer activation and volume data weekly

What we are looking for

• 1–4 years of field sales or distribution management experience in building materials, hardware, or FMCG
• Experience working with dealer or distributor networks preferred
• Comfortable doing high-volume field visits; this role involves significant daily travel
• Organised, reliable, and good at follow-through — dealer trust is built on consistency
• Smartphone-literate; comfortable demonstrating and troubleshooting a mobile app
