Warranty Coverage
At Coxwell, every sheet we craft is a promise — of performance, protection, and peace of mind. That’s why all our polycarbonate systems come with a comprehensive warranty that reflects our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Weather ability
- Color shift (yellowness index) will not exceed 10 units in 15 years (ASTM E-313)
- Light transmission loss will not exceed 6% over 15 years (ASTM D1003)
Breakage Protection
- No breakage from weather-related impacts (like hail up to Ø 20mm at 21 m/s)
- Compensation timeline:
- Years 1–5: 100%
- Years 6–7: 60%
- Years 8–10: 30%–10%
Warranty Coverage
This warranty is valid for:
- Original purchaser only.
- Panels handled, installed, cleaned, and maintained as per Coxwell’s guidelines.
- Panels installed with UV-protected side facing outwards, free of scratches or chemical contact.
- Panels installed vertically or inclined (5° slope min.) with UV protection.
This warranty voids if:
- Installation guidelines are not followed.
- Panels are exposed to chemicals, solvents, or rough handling.
- Incorrect tools, poor framing, or incompatible accessories are used.
- Panels are sealed, bent, or fixed improperly.
- There’s no documentation or photo proof at the time of claim.
How to Claim
- Submit your claim within 10 days of defect detection.
- Email us with:
- Sales invoice
- Product code and quantity
- Warranty certificate copy
- Photos showing installation and issue

Place of Jurisdiction
