Role Overview
We are hiring Site Workers to join our installation team for projects across India. You will be responsible for installing polycarbonate sheets and modular panel systems at client sites, ensuring safety, speed, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to project sites across India to assist in installation of roofing and façade systems
- Measure, cut, align, and install sheets and accessories as per drawing/instructions
- Follow installation SOPs and safety procedures strictly
- Use hand tools and power tools such as drills, cutters, ladders, scaffolding, etc.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and supervisors to finish work on time
- Assist in unloading materials, arranging sheets, and cleaning the site post-installation
- Report daily progress, material usage, and any issues to the site supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass or equivalent
- Experience: 1+ years in sheet metal, roofing, cladding, or construction site work
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of measurements and tools
- Ability to work at height and on scaffolding
- Knowledge of safety procedures and use of PPE
- Teamwork, discipline, and punctuality
- Must be willing to travel and stay at project locations for several days/weeks at a time
- Familiarity with polycarbonate or metal sheet installation is a plus
