Role Overview 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage end-to-end customer order processes and ensure smooth coordination between the sales, production, and dispatch teams. The role involves handling documentation, tracking production and dispatch timelines, and supporting overall customer success operations.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Prepare and share Proforma Invoices with clients for order confirmation.
  • Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) with the production team.
  • Maintain and update Dispatch Details, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with
    production team.
  • Update and monitor the Priority Sheet to track order status and timelines.
  • Coordinate Production Slots in alignment with order priority and client requirements with
    production team and sales team through Calendar Event.
  • Manage the Customer Success Workbook & Trello board for tracking project and client
    progress.
  • Prepare and issue Tax Invoices and E-Way Bills for dispatches with clients.
  • Conduct Payment Follow-ups via mails and phone calls and maintain records of
    outstanding dues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Trello, and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of billing, taxation, and logistics documentation is preferred.
