What are the standard dimensions of the sheet?

The Coxwell Multicell™ panel system has a standard width of 900 mm and a length of 12mtrs.

Which fixing accessories are required to install the panel?

The following accessories are required for installation:

  • Aluminum/SS cleats
  • Aluminum U-profile
  • Polycarbonate/ Aluminum connector
  • Polycarbonate End caps
  • Aluminum Spacer
What special finishes are available?

All Coxwell Multicell™ panels system are co-extruded with UV protection on both sides of the panel, this prevents the damage caused by the UV rays and helps in maintaining the optical properties of the sheets and elongates the life of the panel.

Antiglare: A special co-extruded finish that eases the strain on the eyes from the glare of the sun. Anti-glare finishing greatly diminishes glare effects. It is a 100% permanent matt finish applied by co-extrusion on Coxwell Multicell panels of any thickness and color. The Anti-glare finishing performance is independently validated to ensure maximum visual comfort, regardless of the exposure and type of building.

  • Reduce "neon" effect
  • Increase light diffusion
  • Increase the feeling of comfort

IR: Coxwell Multicell Panels for heat-management glazing blocks near-infrared heat but lets in high levels of light.‎ The heat is managed by proprietary resin additives rather than expensive and fragile coatings.‎ This makes solar control properties virtually permanent.‎ Sheets are UV-protected on both sides, which helps installers reduce losses caused by installation errors.‎ This also helps in lowering HVAC costs.

Anti Static: This treatment reduces the surface static electricity, diminishing the effect of the dust particles.

Anti-condensation: A finish on the lower side of the panel to reduces the condensation from dripping off and falling on things.

Anti-scratch: This finish helps in superior performance in the removal of graffiti removal and avoids scratches on the surface.

What is the minimum bending radius of the polycarbonate panel?

The minimum allowed bending radius of the panel is 150 times the thickness of the sheet. For example, the 6mm panel has a minimum bending radius of 900mm.

Which thickness is right for my project?

The recommended thickness of the polycarbonate glazing material is based on factors such as wind & snow load, panel size, and boundary conditions. Contact us for more insights.
